There is an old fashioned outlook with Network Marketing that we should talk to everyone about the Business, don't prejudge. The overall aspect of this is true. We never know who would be interested in this type of Business, or who will benefit most, until we ask.

I am reminded of a meeting that I attended some years ago. I had already joined this business and was going to a business presentation for my own motivation and education. I happened to meet an old friend who I had spoken to that same day. I had actually asked him if he wanted to attend a meeting with me tonight, and as many would know, at the time we never mentioned what the meeting or business was. He declined saying he had a previous appointment. It turned out his previous appointment was at the same meeting I had invited him too. When I asked him how long he had been involved in the business he said a couple of years. I found later that he was actually very successful with it.

I asked my friend why he had never asked me to join, he replied with the most prejudged reason of them all... I didn't think you would be interested, he said.

We should never prejudge what we think another person will or won't be interested in. Business and opportunities can be lost in those few little words, "...I didn't think you would be interested".

Although we should never prejudge what we think someone will or won't be interested in, there are some people who can benefit from the Network Marketing concept through filling holes in their time schedule.

Some people who can benefit most from the Network Marketing concept are:

Parents of school age children. Typically the mother in the family but it can be any stay at home parent. I have found that a mum looking for a stay at home job or business can benefit greatly from the concept offered with Network Marketing. WHAM or Work at Home Mums, WAHD are Work at Home Dads and a SAHJ is a Stay at Home Job. You may have seen these phrases used online.

Family members who stay at home to care for an ill, disabled or aging family member can use Network Marketing to create the extra income in between caring duties. Carers in the community are very busy, but there are often times when they find holes in the day or evening to spend building a Network Marketing Business. An ideal business for carers may well be Network Marketing as it allows the carer to be at home and on call if needed. Computers and the Internet have opened up a lot of opportunities for Carers and people in similar situations to earn a living from home.

Retired or semi retired people may find Network Marketing not only a way of creating extra income, it can also provide a way for retirees to maintain contact with the community and give them something to stay busy with.
